Purpose and Code of Conduct.
Significant thought and input have shaped the Purposes of Climbing Victoria, defining both our focus and its limits. These Purposes reflect a strong consensus among our members and serve as the guiding framework for our board’s direction and activities. Likewise, our Code of Conduct embodies a shared commitment to how we engage with one another and the broader community.
We recognise the diversity of opinions within the climbing community and understand that not all climbers may fully align with our defined scope of activity and behaviour. While we value and encourage open dialogue, we expect our members to uphold the boundaries we have collectively established.

Diversity and Inclusivity - All voices matter and must be heard, respected, and considered fairly. We commit to actively represent the diversity of the climbing community.
Integrity - We are aware that our actions are visible to the community, and we do our best to uphold trust and integrity in all that we do.
